Experience
Roxanne is a Director of Litigation and Valuation Consulting. She works with FairValue Advisors’ testifying experts and valuation analysts to develop, test and clearly communicate opinions on damages and intellectual property and business values. She covers a wide range of intellectual property and complex commercial valuation and damages matters with a particular focus on patents, trademarks, trade secret, copyright and unfair competition.
While no longer practicing law, Roxanne applies over twenty years of experience managing patent and other intellectual property litigation and disputes in North America, Europe and South America to help our clients to secure fair litigation damages outcomes and fair valuations.

Employment
Prior to joining FairValue Advisors, Roxanne was the Global Chief IP Officer and Associate General Counsel for Imerys (NK: FP) for 10 years. She was responsible for all intellectual property (IP) issues of Imerys SA. She managed IP budgets, IP litigation, IP Department and portfolios, oppositions, risk assessments and agreement support for all business groups on a global basis. Roxanne also conducted IP due diligence and counseled senior business and legal managers on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. She was Imerys’ Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Assistant General Counsel – Patents for the prior five years.
Roxanne’s experience also includes positions as a patent attorney at Paragon Trade Brands and Jones & Askew, and as an analytical chemist at S.E.A., Inc. and Battelle.
